Alaska is home to the some of the most prized species of flatfish, including: Dover, Red, Rock, Flathead, Yellowfin, and Arrowtooth flounder. These fish are all high in protein, low in saturated fat, and an excellent source of selenium, phosphorous, and Vitamin D.
